1. Shipping Policy

We strive to get your products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Timeline: We generally ship and deliver products within 7 business days across India. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on your location.

  • Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

At Merchant Mall, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren’t satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Eligibility Criteria: * The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like innerwear, personal care products, and perishable goods cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to merchantmall1995@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos of the product you wish to return.

  2. Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a reverse pickup from your delivery address.

  3. Inspection: Once the product reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets our return criteria.

4. Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days after the quality check is complete.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, we will contact you for your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify Merchant Mall at merchantmall1995@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no extra cost to you.
